Times are calculated for the selected city using the method most common in that region (via AlAdhan). Your local mosque’s timetable may differ by a few minutes.

The right method for your region

We use the calculation most widely followed where you live — the Moonsighting Committee in the UK, ISNA in North America, Umm al-Qura in Saudi Arabia, and the Muslim World League across Europe and Australia.

Hanafi or standard Asr

Hanafi Asr begins when an object’s shadow is twice its length; the standard (Shafi‘i, Maliki, Hanbali) time begins at once its length. Switch between them above.

Check with your local mosque

Calculated times can differ by a few minutes from your mosque’s printed timetable, especially for Fajr and Isha in summer at northern latitudes.
