How do the online lessons work?
Lessons are live, one-to-one video calls on Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp. All you need is a laptop, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
We live in a different time zone — will it work?
Yes. We teach families in many countries and schedule every lesson in your local time — after school, in the evening or at weekends. We also adjust automatically when your clocks change.
Is the first lesson really free?
Yes. Your first lesson is a free, no-obligation trial so the teacher can assess the student’s level and you can see how we teach before you decide.
Can I sit in on my child’s lessons?
Absolutely — parents are welcome to watch any lesson. For younger children we recommend a parent stays nearby.
Can I request a female teacher?
Yes. Choose your preference on the trial form and we will do our best to match you with a suitable teacher.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Fees are paid monthly in advance. Prices on this site are shown in your local currency as a guide; we confirm your exact fee and payment options after the free trial.
What if we miss a lesson?
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule the lesson at a time that suits you.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You pay month by month and can stop with one month’s notice.
